Our Sharp Cheddar is a two time KY State Fair Gold Medal Winner that is aged 6-11 months. This cheese has excellent flavor that is bold and balanced with a slight "bite" from aging. Sharp Cheddar is marvelous on hamburgers, in homemade mac & cheese, as a snack, and a staple on any cheese tray!
