Our customer favorite classic cheddar with the unique and distinctive flavor of Caraway seed. Caraway seed gives Rye bread it's distinctive aroma and flavor. This cheese is reminiscent of a grilled cheese sandwich on dark Rye bread. This cheese is aged at least 3 months, but can age up to a year depending on inventory.
