Vintage Reserve Cheddar develops a magnificent character that is truly a special experience not easily forgotten. This Cheddar has intentionally reserved in order to age for at least 2 and up to 5 years!  The extensive patience and affinage results in a mature, full-bodied and robust flavor that is honed to a razor sharp edge. 

Only 1-2 wheels reserved to meet this age each year. Extremely limited availability...when it's gone it's gone!
