Our Gouda is a customer favorite with a smooth moist texture that is paired with a distinctive soft creamy flavor that melts in your mouth. This cheese has a soft open & elastic texture with high-moisture content. Gouda naturally ages 1-6 months and is a two time KY State Fair Blue Ribbon winner. 

Use Gouda in any cheese tray, eat solo as a snack, on top a salad, or melt for the perfect grilled cheese sandwiches. Pair Gouda with Mild or Sharp Cheddar to make a killer mac and cheese.
